The 5 #Training Principles:

1. #Progression - Always aim to #push harder, #lift heavier, do more.

2. #Specificity - #Train the appropriate #muscles and methods for your #goals. 

3. #Overload - Gradually add more #resistance to your muscles than previously encountered.

4. #Reversibility - You will lose your #strength at one-half the rate that it took you to gain it. Use it or lose it.

5. Diminishing Returns - As you approach your genetic potential for muscle size and strength, the rate of development decreases accordingly. Help combat this by switching up your #routines.
