Today’s #training: dynamic warmup,2x40 sec TRX reduced support side plank/2x10 TRX jackknife push-ups, 3x6 (3 warmup sets) smith machine squats/barbell bent-over row, 2x15 single leg Deadlift/dumbbell bench press/weighted side lunge/3-point row, 5 minute finisher Romanian straight leg deadlifts/cable tricep wide to narrow pull downs, 20 min Stairmaster speed training level 7 plus 5 min cooldown

I’ve noticed that my #body fat has definitely increased as of late….time to re-evaluate my diet. One reason why I think logging is so important! It will help me see what I need to adjust. #chicksthatlift #girlswithmuscle #fitmoms #pt #workout #polarloop
