Today’s #training: dynamic warmup,2x40 sec TRX reduced support side plank/2x10 TRX jackknife push-ups, 3x6 (3 warmup sets) smith machine squats/barbell bent-over row, 2x15 single leg Deadlift/dumbbell bench press/weighted side lunge/3-point row, 5 minute finisher Romanian straight leg deadlifts/cable tricep wide to narrow pull downs, 20 min Stairmaster speed training level 7 plus 5 min cooldown

#Delicious ingredients for an amazing #salad that got paired with some healthy baked chicken nuggets for #dinner tonight :) Organic spring #greens, lemon #cucumbers, #strawberries, diced #plums, #feta cheese, glazed #walnuts and #homemade balsamic #vinagerette (1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic, 1 teaspoon #honey and salt and pepper to taste). So good!
